I have three years of experience working as Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry including 9 months Appointment Setter for WNS Global Services and have gained significant experience in this field. My proficiency in making telemarketing phone calls and securing appointments for sales representatives to follow up on, along with my ability to assist management in exceeding Lead quota; is a trait that has earned me Top 2 Agent for having the most Lead Generation for the month of July 2012 and awarded as the Top Agent Scorer for the Agent Manner Score for the month of August 2012.

Iím also chosen to be a part of the Power Team that can be trained within all the LOB's. After that, I had 1-month experience working home based as an appointment setter and I earned $200 a week plus $10 per appointment, but I need to stop working because my father passed away last year and I have to finish some paper works (Government Funeral and Death Claim).
