“eNicheCommerce , where to start¿
For one thing the website was completed in excess of 3 months late. Features that were promised were never delivered. I had to hold the web developer¿s hands through the entire process. The following pattern would be repeated on a bi-weekly basis: I would be told that tasks A, B, & C had been completed. I would review the work and find that task A was half done and not working properly and tasks B & C had not had any work done on them at all. I could never get any explanation of how every week tasks that were presented to me as complete were not only incomplete but were not even started.
The most ridiculous things were attempted to be passed off as completed professional work. Do I really need to tell professional web developers that I do not want the Magento logo and name to appear on customer invoices? That you cannot just slap a logo with white lettering meant for dark backgrounds onto a page with a white background? That it would not be a good idea to send the same order completion email with shipment details to customers who have only placed a quote request? That a site does not look professional when the promo slider displays all of its slide images at once running down the page until the page fully loads? Seriously? This is only a small fraction of the daily absurdity that punctuated this project.
Bottom line: I would not recommend eNicheCommerce to anyone. I could have learned php and coded this website myself in less time than this took and done so with less headaches.”
