“We would like to post clarity on the work done and feedback given.
After completing the job as committed within the deadlines, with round the clock support and assistance, giving such feedback is unfair. The feedback provided is totally inconsistent, as the client happened to admit and appreciate us that we did a great work at several instances while the work was in-progress and even provided us a small bonus after final delivery.
In appreciation of our service, the client offered a second job while first was in progress, and while second was close to completion, invited us to a third job and followed over mails enquiring no bid from us.
We went the extra mile and included so many changes, new requirements which were totally out of the scope only to satisfy the client and complete the project in an amicable manner.
We regret having taken on a work for which had no clear requirements specified and with ever increasing add-ons but no increase in agreed budget, and having continued to work despite the abuse of the flexibility offered and quite unprofessional and unruly communication from the client.
It is a false claim that there was a delay on our side in completing the job as per the schedule. Also the client's priority of tasks kept changing between the tasks for the 3 websites we had worked on for her, and had countless small addons. We did our best to cope up with changes and meet the committed delivery dates.
Not to mention, with a decade of experience in web technology and having completed thousands of web projects over numerous channels, and having a large, highly experienced in-house team, this job is no challenge to our skills.
Anybody can obviously understand the real story from the fact that the project was completed and accepted, and after 10 days, a feedback totally inconsistent to the service offered is posted.”
