We've been using the column "Assigned To". It was picked from the core task content types.
It creates an alert, but the look is a little funky. We would like to change that email alert. I attached a before and after picture and I created a mailbox for the SevenSoft account (go to outlook.office365.com and use your SevenSoft credentials)
