Small Dog Scripts specializes in dynamic explainer, promo, and demo video scripts. Whether you’re a multinational corporation, a small start-up, or just one guy with a dream, we’ll craft you a video script that gets attention.
Today, success in business often means trending in social media or going viral on YouTube. And the best way to achieve this is to have a funny, quirky, or otherwise brilliant video your viewers are going to want to watch again and again and share with their friends. And that’s where we come in.*
*And by “we,” we really mean “I.” Small Dog Scripts is owned and operated solely by Erin Foster Hartley. All scripts are written by me and overseen by a grumpy Chihuahua. I guarantee your script won’t be farmed out or outsourced in any way.
When you hire Small Dog Scripts, we’ll send you a link to our comprehensive
Video Concept Survey, where you’ll tell us exactly what style, tone, and content you have in mind for your video. But what if you’re not quite sure what you want? Don’t worry. We’re also available for consultation via phone, Skype, or the Elance workroom to hammer out all the important details.
Once escrow has been fully funded, expect to see an initial draft of your script within 3-4 days. (Scripts longer than three minutes may need a bit more time. Please refer to proposal for delivery specifics.) We also offer one round of revisions (if necessary) which are usually returned within 48 hours of client feedback.
Some of our past clients include Microsoft ERP, Tropical Smoothie Café, Atdec AV Mounting Solutions, and Freewebsite.com. Check out our portfolio for samples of our work with links to the finished videos. (Some videos may be still in production or unavailable, so you’ll have to use your imagination for those.)

We do not provide any free samples of any sort. All aspects of the script writing process, including concepts, must be contracted through Elance and paid via escrow.
Escrow must be fully funded and all materials must be in hand before we begin work. Any delay in either of these will affect the project delivery date.
We prefer fixed price payment, but we will consider hourly payment from clients on a case by case basis.
