I've been in the BPO industry for more than 4 years now specializing in Customer Service. The accounts I've been with deal with Web hosting/Ecommerce websites and Financial. Both basically require patience, ability to listen closely to customers, ability to empathize and situation evaluation and analysis.
I am well trained in handling several forms of support namely: taking phone calls, answering live chats and answering tickets/emails. I do have the skills but I am looking for an opportunity to continue improving them
