I’m an experienced Sr. Software Engineer that specialises on Ruby on Rails development. I have more that 12+ years of experience as an Engineer (5 of those in Ruby/ Rails).

Contributed to the team in charge of the design, implementation and maintenance of the Customer Service Management (CSM) and the Trouble Repairs Management System for Verizon Business (USA) as a contractor from the Dominican Republic. Enabled their Quick Status functionality which make easier for enterprise customer to review the status of their tickets.
