At the age of 19 I started working on the call center industry in Nicaragua, I am currently in college.
During this time working in Call centers I've learned how to connect with the customers, building rapport, and offer customers multiple solutions for the issues that they might have. Also I have developed phone skills and to persuaded others. I am capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
I have great computer skills, using Microsoft Windows and Mac OS as well. Also I am a Spanish native speaker from Central America.
