I was awarded numerous customer service satisfaction awards and was also awarded as one of the top Assistant Team Lead across all lines of business.

I am have been trained by the top contact centers here in the Philippines, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the customer service industry, very good command in English, a fast learner when it comes to data entry software, business systems, and can work with minimal supervision with the proper training. I have experience in handling both inbound and outbound accounts handling financial accounts.
