No two companies have the same offerings, the same industry positioning, comparable strategies, or identical marketing plans. Because your business case is unique, your business plan must also be unique. Obvious "Fill-In-The-Blank Templates" are not the most effective or professional means to tell your story. Whether your business plan is used for internal justification, external fund raising, product launch verification or any other company-specific objective, the most effective plan will require a customized approach.

Service Description

Having served as Chairman, CEO and President of three public companies and nine privately held companies, served on the Board of Directors for thirteen companies, initiated more than a dozen startups, completed two turnarounds and served as co-founder and General Partner in three acquisition funds, I have been both the originator and recipient of a wide range of business plans that have provided 40 years of experience that you can leverage into your own business plan.

Experience: I have founded and funded thirteen startups (raising more than $30 million in seed, private investor and second round capital). All startups have an Internet presence, and five are 100% Internet businesses. I have co-founded two private equity funds and three Leveraged Buyout / Venture Capital funds. I have personally lead two companies through successful Initial Public Offerings (both NASDAQ) and completed several secondary public offerings as well as private placement memorandums and two pre-IPO re-structuring and mezzanine equity placements. In addition I have held senior management positions in Honeywell, IBM, GE/RCA, and Exxon.

Results: I raised $34MM for recapitalizations, $21MM from Venture Capitalists, $180MM in Leveraged Buyouts and more than $530MM in Public Offerings and Private Placement Memorandums which is indicative of the ability of my business plans, memorandum and private placements to be funded.

I have been absent from for the last two and a half years while...
