Execution of duties requires outstanding customer service skills. One plays many roles in the course of the day; applicant coordinator, process facilitator, a patient listener and an effective communicator.
Facilitate orderly entry and exit of applicants into and out of the waiting area.
Ensure the applicants have the required documents.
Ensure that the public is treated fairly, pleasantly, positively and professionally.
Ensure wait time is kept to the minimal for applicants with mental ir physical limitations.
