Each project is unique and often times not well understood at the start. I will work closely with PO to come up with a good understanding of the initial requirements, then develop a technical design document and, depending on the scale of the project, initial milestones and a schedule.
I have extensive experience with the project specification process and designing technical systems, having worked on multiple million-unit-plus selling AAA games including Command & Conquer, SimCity, The Sims, Need For Speed, Skate, and ModNation Racers, among others.
I will develop the software to meet the description we agreed upon and deliver each milestone as it is completed. Continuous discussion as the project is developed will ensure the project stays focused and the needs of the PO are met.
Including the AAA games listed above, I've done this many times for other projects. Among them are working on DreamWorks Animation data pipelines, US DOD contracting work for the Air Force Research Labs and US Army European command.
