I am the entire company, you will always be dealing with me, and I will be the one completing your work. There is no outsourcing, snow days or delays due to absent employees. I know what it means to you to have the products you need delivered on time and of the quality you require.
I use both 3Design and Freeform CAD software to design pieces to your specifications. Working digitally allows me to easily make changes to works in progress and keep my clients up to date with images emailed back and forth. It's also a great time saver in being able to incorporate elements from one of your designs into another, to quickly create a series or entire line. While my background is in designing and manufacturing decorative and jewelry items, I also have the capability to create models used in industrial applications. I can import and export .3dm, .stl, .obj and .iges files as well as others.
I have both a touch probe scanner and a laser scanner and offer scanning and importing of 3D objects for use and modification in CAD software. For example, I can scan an existing piece and incorporate it into a piece of jewelry or scan a life sized sculpture, scale it up or down, or convert it to a bas relief.
I have an extremely precise 4 axis Minitech milling machine and can provide any of the CAD designs I create for you as a wax or plastic prototype ready for casting or molding.
I have 20 years experience making molds in a variety of...
