Service Description

I am willing to provide customer service representation as well as clerical work needed to complete that task. This can be provided through e-mail contact as well as phone conversations. My previous call center and customer service positions have trained me well for this type position and I feel this is perhaps my strongest skill set.

In addition, I am available for other forms of clerical work. While having less training in data entry, proofing, transcription etc. I still feel I am more than capable of performing this type of work.

I am a very flexible person and will do my best to meet the needs of you and your company. It is very important to me to be able to provide quality work while still parenting my children and enjoying them while they grow and learn.
