Service Description

I am offering my services in the fields of customer service, data entry, virtual assisting, and administration. My first job was as a Customer Service Manager and I have extensive credentials in this field. I am very skilled with people as I have been working jobs that require a great deal of public interaction every since I started working.

I also have very advanced computer skills, including working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. I can type 70 WPM and have held jobs requiring a great deal of computer work, answering multi-line telephones, printers, copiers, and fax machines. I am very efficient at data entry and have great organizational skills.

Lastly, I recently gained employment working at home as a virtual call center agent for a popular wireless service provider. Through this job, I have gained knowledge of call center practices and principles, including answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and helping to troubleshoot their issues, collecting payments, and some selling of products and services.
