I have been involved in customer service work in some form since I was about 12 years old. I have done just about everything from babysitting, lifeguarding, selling shoes and telemarketing to managing offices, working to get 3 startup companies off the ground, wedding/event planning, formal call center work & supervision, and training-both via traditional methods and using/creating e-Learning.
I very much enjoy the duties and responsibilities involved with helping startup companies get all their processes in place, as well as working wherever I can make an impact-either on customers or businesses directly, and see that assistance help others grow and thrive.
I am a hard worker who has been involved heavily in community service in addition to my daily job skills. I adapt easily and learn quickly-most successfully when given something to learn in a hands-on environment...my motto is-"If I don't know it, I'll learn it!"
