Service Description

• Provide quality virtual assistance & phone support and answer queries, collect information, documentation etc. Have 6 years of experience in US client interaction with AOL India Pvt. Ltd.
• Also expert in both Reactive and Proactive Moderation of Message Boards, Blogs, Comments and Chat Rooms.
• Handling and ensuring all inappropriate content found online is removed in less than 24 hours.
• To moderate the activity live and report and action any instance of abuse to AOL COS (Conditions Of Service). This include moderation of Adult chat rooms and Teens chat rooms comprising of an audience in the age groups of 13 to 17 year old for teens and ensuring Conditions Of Service are not compromised at all times.
• Remove unwanted and violating content and comments from Blogs, Message Boards using a tool called Blogsmith, ARC to keep it clean, by keeping the language and content within the specified limits of COS and make the Blogs, Message Boards a fun place to post their opinions, debate and share information.
• Process Chat / IM Reports via a tool called UMT –Unified Moderation Tool where a user reports any conversation received from known or unknown persons, which may violate the COS and hence calls for an appropriate action.
• Provide email support on specific queries regarding the subscription and handle issues pertaining to their billing, technical, premium services and general access using a tool called Netagent.
