Online Sales: Duties include budgeting and keeping track of inventory, purchasing large quantities of inventory, counting and verifying items condition upon arrival, negotiation, processing customer orders, responding to customers by emails and by phone. I prepare shipments of items ordered which is anywhere from 5 to 20 packages per day and I bring them to the post office. I take photographs of the items I place online, do inventory and accounting for sales at the end of every month. For this business I also work with Microsoft word and excel.

Duties at PHCS were primarily assisting providers with their application or renewing their application to maintain their status as a PPO network provider. I took calls from the providers office staff for reasons of credentialing, reimbursement rates, application status and solving problems to the best of my ability.In this position it was necessary to work with 11 different computer systems and navigate through them in a timely manner. Maintaining this customer service included answering a high volume of calls, data entry, emailing and sending faxes.
