Overview

Minimum Hourly Rate $26

I am an Instructional Designer with six years of experience in instructional design and related fields. I have designed and developed training products ranging from the highly technical (Q37 Radar) to the intensely human (Immigration Enforcement). This experience has made me adept at breaking down complex ideas into easy-to-understand information and then communicating it to a wide variety of audiences.

During my career as an Instructional Designer, I have worked on a number of military training products for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and...

Service Description

Content analysis, objective development, and practice design are the core elements of any piece of instruction, and I have extensive experience in all of these areas, as well as customizing each for multiple delivery methods. These include instructor-led delivery, computer-based and web-based delivery, and online delivery using learning management systems.

Developing simulations and interactive practice exercises was a special concentration of mine while attending Cameron University, and I have had the pleasure of being able to put those skills to work for quite a few employers. A company or institution seeking to incorporate those instructional strategies would benefit from my expertise in this area.

My experiences as both a customer and subject matter expert (SME) liaison have allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal and communications skills. In addition, my professional experience in the realms of content analysis and quality assurance have given me the knowledge necessary to manage a project from start to finish. For these reasons, I believe that I would be an asset to any institution seeking a project manager.

My technical skills include:
Web design and development
Quality Assurance Testing and User Interface Testing
Animation design and development
IMI Levels I, II, and III Interaction design and development
Simulations and Educational Game design
Narration recording and editing
Video production and editing
Digital Photography
Presentation design and...
