I am presently assigned in Human Resource Development section with the following functions:
a. Preparation of monthly reports in the personnel section
b. Time keeper - monthly reports of attendance, monitoring of absences and tardiness.
c. updating of employees leave cards
d. maintenance of personnel records
e. preparation of monthly payroll and remittances
f. processing of employees retirement/separation benefits
g. updating of individual ledgers of payments
I am also assisting my supervisor in preparation for some activities such as trainings for personnel development and facilitation of personnel needs and other concerns with regards to their benefits and functions.
