We work closely with our clients to assist them in developing their organizations, leaders and employees. JDHA provides a broad range of services designed to help our clients objectively assess and build their leadership, employees, operations and competitive position.

JDHA was founded in an effort to provide more individualized, creative and higher-impact services for clients. Typically, our clients have already established themselves as successful competitors in their respective markets. We have found that these companies frequently experience "growing pains" as they evolve and expand their operations. We are often retained by clients to assist them in understanding and addressing these growth-related challenges and opportunities.

Standard payment methods/terms as offered through Elance. Our bids include specific timelines & check points in order to measure/track/ensure progress. For larger projects, we would prefer to bill incrementally as check points are completed; this will allow clients to pay only for satisfactory work that is delivered per the proposal.
