For larger projects, we would prefer to bill incrementally as check points are completed; this will allow clients to pay only for satisfactory work that is delivered per the proposal.

JD Power and Associates, Director - North American Business Development
JDHA has conducted external research and market analysis for JD Power, primarily in the automotive OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. We have also designed, developed and delivered employee training programs focused upon sales and persuasive communication strategies.

Our initial project with Prospect Steel was an organizational assessment. Additional work has included strategic planning, training programs, recruitment & selection, behavioral assessments of job candidates and resolution of management/union problems.

JDHA was retained to research, develop and write the business plan for an upstart, U.S.-based importer and exporter of fruits and vegetables. In addition to standard business planning work, JDHA served as the primary liaison with international shipping firms, the Food & Drug Administration and Department of Homeland Security.

Follow-up work included the design & delivery of customized training programs and development of a new document control system for quality certifications.
