CONSULTING SERVICE AREAS AND EXPERIENCE:
I offer a range of products that can help local government, nonprofit organizations or other initiatives focus, plan and prepare for the future. My past experience includes leading major strategic planning processes for workforce systems in Chicago, San Diego, and Washington, DC, and for a variety of non-profit organizations, including background research, key informant interviews, partner development, facilitation of strategic planning sessions and preparing final policy and plan recommendations.
Program Design and Development:
My expertise prepares me to help develop new initiatives, craft new strategies or sharpen existing program models. I have launched multiple major initiatives in Chicago including the City’s Welfare-to-Work, WIA and “Sector Center” programs. I co-led a statewide benchmarking and professional development initiative for Indiana’s Adult Education and Workforce Development systems. Each effort has included literally dozens of partners, where my work built new systems and structures, policies and procedures.
I can direct resources and teams to build and maintain new projects, managing multi-partner, multi-service initiatives toward successful outcomes.
