Service Description

I have been a customer service representative for both inbound and outbound sales, a call center agent, reservation sales agent and an account specialist.

As a customer service representative and a call center agent for both inbound and outbound sales I handled order taking calls basically infomercial,B 2 B, (SEO)search engine optimization, cold calling selling mortgage through appointment setting and a telemarketer for magazine and newspaper subscription.

As a reservation sales agent I represent the company by coordinating all aspects of priority club programs and serves as a liaison between guest and hotels in order to maintain member satisfaction and deliver individualize customer experience by focusing on finding hotel accommodations that will best fit our guest needs.

As an account specialist I handled financial calls that involves credit cards, assisting customers inquiry with regards to payment details, account history as to when customer made the purchase when it's made and done and selling add ons such as different kind of protection.

I have been consistently part of the top agent who gives the most revenue to every company I've worked with and I am trully proud to say that I've been an asset to them.
