There are many ways that I can help you prepare for your travels, however for most people this is what I suggest:
1. HAVE A CONVERSATION
To get started, we will arrange a skype meeting and I will ask you to provide a few details on the trip youd like support planning. Then I will follow-up with email to confirm I understand your travel style, purpose/vision, budget, time constraints, and any other requirements.

2. APPROVE ITINERARY
I will thoroughly research possible destinations and activities and then prepare a first draft itinerary based on our initial conversation and my findings. After reviewing the details with you and discussing a few alternate options, I will refine the itinerary. Then I will send a second draft itinerary to you for approval.

3. BOOK YOUR TICKETS
Upon approval of the itinerary, I will work with you to book your tickets, lodging, activities, etc.. (This may change your itinerary slightly if rooms are not available, etc..)

4. BON VOYAGE!
Before your journey you will be emailed a final itinerary with the most current information included and beefed up with tips, suggestions, maps and more.
