For my employment history, I worked as an Inbound Sales Representative for VONAGE, a telecommunications company based in the USA that specializes in VOIP. I have also worked as a Customer Support Specialist for EXPEDIA-Hotels.com, an online US travel service provider, for more than 2 years. Most of my tasks include hotel reservation, cancellation/changes on itineraries, handling of billing issues, and handling customer complaints.

Recently, I worked as an Order Entry Specialist for EMERSON ELECTRIC, a US Fortune 500 Company that was outsourced here in the Philippines as EMERSON Electric Asia LTD.
