I am a confident and talented young professional with an unrivalled ambition to succeed in projects I commit to. I have worked in media for nearly 10 years, the last four of which I've spent in senior editorial roles. However, I am currently seeking fresh new challenges in which I can apply my skills and knowledge to.
I am reliable, hardworking and easy to get along with, while my organisational skills have always been second to none. Furthermore, I'm a naturally creative thinker, always capable of thinking on my feet and working at a fast pace.
I have a passion for reading and writing, and pride myself on the work I produce.
Up until recently I was the editor-in-chief of BRIC Magazine, a quarterly print publication that focused on the world's four emerging economic superpowers - hence the name of the title. The magazine featured exclusive interviews and profiles on the most influential figures in business, arts and culture from those four countries.
I helped launch the magazine in September 2013 and managed to increase circulation figures from 9,000 copies for the launch issue to 90,000 copies by issue 4. Distribution, too, was achieved in three continents, while readership spread to world-leading cities such as New York, Paris, Milan and Dubai.
On a part-time basis I also helped a friend launch The Metropolist website in early 2014; http://www.themetropolist.com/ My work on this site has helped it gain more than 127,000 users per month and over 305,000 unique page views.
All this demonstrates the level of drive I have, the efficiency of my work, the diversity in my style, the clear vision I have for projects I'm involved in and the level of results I am capable of producing.
