JourneyManDesigns artistic services include Posters, Logos, Business Cards, Flyers, Advertisements, Tattoos, T-Shirts, Brochures, CD's, Book Covers and Illustration. Computer graphic design work is created with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InDesign. Illustration work is created with pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, pastel, and pen & ink. Journeymandesigns combines and blends both these mediums together to design pieces of unlimited creativity and visual imagination. With this technique, JourneyManDesigns offers greater flexibility, variability, and choices that assures maximum artistic achievement in every design for every client.
The primary mediums I illustrate with are pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, and pen & ink. Each medium is unique in that they demand a separate approach and application of my artistic talent, making versatility my primary asset. I illustrate in different styles as well, including: traditional, expressive, abstract, cartoonist and am adept with color and black and white. As a freelance graphic designer, I create designs with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InDesign to produce Posters, Logos, Business Cards, Flyers, Advertisements, Tattoos, T-Shirts, Brochures, CD's, & Book Covers.

I was hired as a Graphic Designer through Idealist by Mr. Douglas Mapondera, the founder of African Food Initiative, a nonprofit start-up that seeks to transform Africa by helping its smallholder farmers boost their harvests and profits. Mr. Mapondera requested my services to design a logo for African Food Initiative. Upon our signed contract agreement, I provided Mr. Mapondera 4 logo designs, from which he selected the final, chosen design.
