Operate as primary system administrator, configuration expert, and ongoing support.

Planning and analysis of business system requirements, system changes and enhancements in coordination with business users, management and marketing.

Review, analyze and evaluate business systems, processes and user needs.

Identify problems and inefficiencies with business process, data quality, user skills and adoption.

Implementation, configuration and customization

Formulate, recommend and implement solutions to capture appropriate data, business process requirements and training options.

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor project progress and status, productivity, sales pipeline and sales to date.

Importing bulk lists (leads, customers, etc.)

Create additional custom fields as needed by the organization.

Add/Remove users from your org, resetting passwords, reassignments.

Ability to create action plans and resolve obstacles to achieve deadlines.

Works independently in fast paced environment.

Experience in Salesforce Enterprise, Professional and Group Editions.

Hands on Experience

Customization of fields, page lay-outs, list views for leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities.

Created various profiles and record types and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy requirements.
