Service Description

I am a highly motivated individual who has been in the call center industry
for almost 4 years now. I handled both technical and customer support,may it
be live chat, email, and or phone assistance.I had worked for AT&T; Technical
Team for Home Networking and DSL Internet. My role was to help people install
and fix their internet connections.I handled residential and small businesses.
I was also a part of AvisBudget Customer Care Team. I was tasked to help
customers with car rentals, especially in airline vicinities. I also assisted
them in modifying their car reservations. My average handling time of calls
for this account did not pass beyond 1 minute and 30 seconds.I also worked for
Turbotax, a system software designed to help Americans file their tax returns.
I was one of the few agents who were both into technical and customer care for
this account. Also,my responsibilities included chat,email, and phone support.
