I, have an educational background in Economics and International Studies specializing in Communication and Development and several years of experience working as a fundraiser for non-profits in the United States of America. As a grant writer with Girl Scouts of Connecticut Trails Council, I have written numerous successful proposals to private and public foundations, corporations, and won thousands of dollars in grant money. As a fund development coordinator with Volunteers of America, my experience included donor research, donor cultivation and event organization. The time at Girl Scouts and Volunteers of America has inculcated the importance of teamwork, time management, and setting result oriented objectives to attain targets.
