I am an editorial and marketing consultant with years of research and editing experience. I am currently editing for a financial company and am employed as a Director of Library and Research Services at a law firm.

I have done blogging, and I write press releases, white papers, and web content. I also write humorous (according to some!) short stories about personal experiences.

As the Director of Library Services and Training, I provide the overall management of the physical libraries in Las Vegas and Reno, as well as the online resources for the firm. I also supply research and reference services to the attorneys and staff in legal and non-legal disciplines using Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, Dun & Bradstreet, and other databases. I am responsible for library training to attorneys and staff, and plan and direct the firm's overall training program in conjunction with the Manager of Technology. Other responsibilities include management of acquisitions, library budget, vendor relations, inter-library loans, the firm¿s integrated library system, collection maintenance, and coordination of the firm's continuing legal education programs.

Review and analyze state and federal legislation, case law, court rules and other legal resources necessary for the production of The Law of Electronic Commercial Transactions, and The Law and Regulation of Financial Institutions under the A.S. Pratt & Sons imprint. Effectively communicate all primary law changes and additions, including judicial review of legislation, new and amended rules and statutes, and proposed legislation or administrative rulings. Conduct legislative research with use of Lexis and Westlaw, and provide authored commentary. Review annotations for inclusion in product, and provide relevant case summaries and statutory history, and update corresponding statute and administrative code sections for each state chapter.

As communications director I leveraged my experience and talents from the effective use of marketing and communications strategies into church activities. Responsible for churchs brochures, website, advertising, and other promotions. I initiated a new edition of the church photo directory and created new signage for special services. Also, constructed new map kiosks throughout the campus.
As webmaster I was tasked with implementing web pages, maintaining content, and supervising day-to-day management of the churchs website. Responsibilities included the design of web pages, graphics, animation, and functionality, as well as implementing search engine optimization strategies. Redesigned a totally new website in three phases to include blogging, class registration, and push technology.
