Business is in a transition phase. Marketing has become more digital as technology improves how people communicate and as people become more mobile. This shift has streamlined old functions and materialized new ones, such as search engine optimization, brand management through social media, and app development. The language of social media is native to young professionals who must remember that the purpose is different for businesses and requires more tact than private social interactions. This is where I differentiate myself from my colleagues, through my understanding of marketing principles, social media, sales, and a creative mindset.
It is not enough to expand interaction between businesses and their customers. How do businesses improve those interactions? Feedback.
