I am an experienced NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, a LEED AP, and a member of the IIDA with over four years of professional commercial interior design experience. I have a BS degree from Syracuse University from a consistently Top 10 nationally ranked design program, and I currently hold an Interior Design License ID6004 through the State of Florida.

I can provide a customized level of services to meet your needs, from full interior environment design to a paint color consultation for one room. Let me guide you through the whole process or use me to supplement your existing resources.
Service Description
I enjoy working with commercial and residential clients as well as providing support to other design professionals.

Services I provide:

color consultation
materials, furniture, and lighting recommendations (with or without material cost estimates)
space planning
CAD construction document support (space plans, furniture plans, finish plans, ceiling & lighting plans, interior elevations, millwork details, interior finish legends, room finish schedules)
3D SketchUp modeling
3D computer rendering with Kerkythea software
hand rendering (using colored pencil, marker, ink, pastels)
contract documentation and template creation
AutoCAD titleblock template creation

(Please note that the color of any material should ideally be viewed under the exact lighting conditions where it will be installed to determine color accuracy).

Payment Terms
I am willing to negotiate a lower hourly fee and/or determine an amount not to be exceeded for serious clients.

Additional items outside of the originally agreed upon project scope will be at additional cost and will be negotiated separately.

I take Elance's terms quite seriously, and I prefer to use the provided Escrow system since it protects both the client and the contractor when it is used appropriately. Please fund the Escrow at the start of a project phase, and release it at the Milestone completion. I can not proceed to the next project phase until the previous one is completed, and that includes the release of the Escrow funds.
