Resume/C.V.

I am a native English speaker residing in Canada and I hold an American undergraduate degree, a Paralegal Certificate from Rutgers University, and a law degree from the University of London. I took numerous legal, English composition, and other courses as a part of my undergraduate studies. I own and operate a legal blog, as well as a free DMCA takedown notice form generator, and am also currently the Senior Legal Researcher and Intellectual Property Consultant for an American law firm.

In addition to my legal experience, I also have experience working with French subject matter. More than half of my ancestors came to North America from France or French-speaking cantons of Switzerland, and I have translated thousands of government and church records from French to English for ancestors dating back to the 1600s. I also took five years of French language courses in primary and secondary school.

-Legal research
-Legal writing/drafting
-Tutoring law students

If you believe that my skills are suited to a project of yours, but do not see it in this list, please still feel free to contact me about it. I am open to working in most fields if they relate to proofreading, French to English translation, or legal work.
