Layne Unlimited is a one man freelance consulting firm.
Once the business is on track and has a game plan, I work with management to develop teachable systems for each area of the business: administration, purchasing, A/P, human resources, payroll, production, cost accounting, inventory control, marketing, sales, A/R, and cash flow management.
I also provide tax planning and recommend specific ways the company can reduce its tax burden, including sales tax, local business taxes, state and federal income taxes.
In partnerships and limited partnerships, I generate K-1s or teach you how to do it youself, depending on the availability of in-house accounting skills.
