I have been a legal secretary for 25 years, and I have branched out into bookkeeping for attorneys, medical offices and small businesses. I have a business (remotely) from my home called S & J Bookkeeping and Secretarial Service. I am a Certified QuickBooks Specialist, with Certificates in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks from Universal Accounting, and I have QuickBooks experience. I have partnered with Jane Bernard, a full service bookkeeper, who has 20 years of experience. My services include QuickBooks setup, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bill paying, account reconciliation and generating reports; billing (QuickBooks and Timeslips); payroll; legal secretary services (including transcription); office organization; and office management services (including training office employees, dealing with vendors, collections, calendaring and ordering office supplies). In addition, to help your business save money, I can recommend vendors with lower prices, including credit card processing companies. At home, I can log into your computer through logmein.com, which I have used in the past, or I can use QuickBooks, Word, Word Perfect and Excel on my home computer.
