Has worked as Team Lead for an Airline account handing both call center and email support. Add to this, the extensive call center experience from my previous company working as an escalations agent, Tier 2. Also, I have enough experience in doing data entry jobs. I am very comfortable in working under pressure and deadlines, all of which I have all met.
