We offer mobile app design and development services across iOS and Android platforms. Leo Chan has been working in the software industry since 1995 and graduated in 2000 with a B. Sci. Honors degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta. He has a wide-breadth of experience, and has designed software that has processed over $1 billion dollars of industrial activity.

www.TrustTorch.com is a social tool that lets you see how trustworthy a person might be. It lets you see how trustworthy a person might be - whether social strangers, potential employees, partners, or neighbors - worldwide.
During his time with www.TrustTorch.com Leo determined the technical requirements for building a scalable, distributed, graph store and computation system. Within 12 months he managed a team of 5 to successfully deliver a system that currently has in excess of 180 million nodes and 740 million edges, along with 3 mobile iOS applications.

Time Industrial was incorporated on July 5, 2000 under the name Exceedia Inc. pursuant to Alberta law. It was continued under the laws of the State of Delaware on November 30, 2000. On October 16, 2001, the corporate name was changed to Time Industrial, Inc.
Time Industrial provides utility and oil and gas refinery companies with services and software systems to aid in the management of outside contractors during outages, turnarounds, shutdowns, nuclear refueling, capital construction and maintenance projects. Time’s services and software are designed to address what can be a complex commercial relationship between utilities and oil and gas companies and their contractors, namely due to issues relating to timing, scale and cost.
On August 3, 2005, Time Industrial, Inc. and Malibu Engineering & Software, Ltd. merged into the publicly traded company Decision Dynamics Technology, Ltd.
Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. is an innovative company that develops powerful data capture, reporting, and business analytics solutions for making better, faster decisions. With over 20 years of industry experience in the Petroleum & Energy industry, Decision Dynamics has consistently produced innovative technology solutions for the Petroleum & Energy markets. Leading companies rely on Decision Dynamics software every day to drive improved decision making and business agility across their most important operational processes.
Leo began as a Developer, but quickly took on more roles and responsibilities. During his time with Decision Dynamics, he also worked as QA Team Lead, Software Team Lead, Senior Oracle DBA and Software Architect. His last position was Operations Manager from 2006 - 2008 where he supervised the Edmonton R&D group and managed the company's IP portfolio, directly reporting to the company's Vice President.

Management Information Group is a privately-owned business in Edmonton. Since 1977, it has developed school software to help administrators track student information
During his employment there, Leo designed and implemented user configurable forms using Visual FoxPro and Delphi.
