Global Connect eSolution is divided into three groups, Management Information Services; which handles the network and infrastructure system, Management Team; which handles Resources Management, and the core group; our Workforce.

As part of the Management team under Business Development and Client Relation we do marketing of our services. We research possible clients that we can do business with and this is one avenue that we are currently working on. We have multiple levels on the Management Team all for the benefit of our client, the Account Management, Quality Assurance group and the Training and Development. We also have a Finance and account officer to balance of our financial sheet for better service.

Management Information System help ensure that the facilities are at par with the standard of our client. 99.99% uptime guarantee was provided by this group on our facilities, and they provided us redundancy on both power and connection to meet this high expectation.
