Service Description

So, how I work…?

I take a list of companies, selected by the client and we start by cleansing often resulting in 100 + calls made per day at this stage. During this phase we establish who the right contacts are to speak with, get their correct contact details (including email address) and we update the database accordingly.

Next step is to take your proposition / script that we’ve developed with the client’s input and start testing this on prospective leads. This is an important phase of the project because it’s really at this stage that we define what works and what resonates with the audience. We will update, tweak and change our approach as necessary until we start hitting that sweet spot.

This process can take anything from just a few days to a week or more – there is no hard and fast rule here!

The flow…

Once we hit our stride on the calls it’s usually the case that the prospect would look for further information by email. Once again, the client input here is very important as we would look to match the tone of the client’s overall marketing messages (website, social media etc.) and compose an email that mirrors their language.

Emails are sent out by us (using an email address set up by the client) and followed up in a timely fashion with a view to then close and convert to a qualified lead in the form of a meeting.
