I am a mom of two kids and seeking for a position where my professional skills in administration and call centre can be utilized and advanced online. I currently work at Iqor Incorporated Philippines as a customer support advisor.
Under admission's office, I prepare brochures and entrance test kit/envelope for incoming freshmen. Also helping out on giving freshmen some walkthroughs on how they can handle their activities or applications inside the campus.
Under properties' office, I handle the reservations for equipments or university's properties (like cameras and projectors for presentations) that can be use for conferences, orientations and meetings.
Under scholarship and grant's office, I check the results of the college entrance test and extract the 10% and above passers. i do the sorting of names of who can avail the scholarship from 100% to 50% grant. I also post the announcements for the availability of different scholarships on the university's billboards.

2009 I answer inbound calls regarding some walkthroughs and troubleshooting online. Assist callers on how they can create a paypal account or how to create buttons that they can use in their web shops. if the target volume of calls are reached earlier than 7 hours, I do answer emails regarding the same subject.
