Over the past 6 years I have worked in customer service in a range of business sectors from banking to telecommunications. I have garnered many skills including a typing speed of 60 words per minute, efficient troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service skills. My interest lies in customer service and data entry. I have completed a competency course in Customer Relations and currently completing a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems which helps in my being an excellent Technical Support Rep.
