While I am happy to work on a project from scratch, I tend to work best with others when they throw me their notes, ideas, brief or thoughts and leave me to weave their threads into a finished product.
I am a fast and critical thinker who believes the way the words sound is as important as the words themselves. That said, I still work efficiently and never miss deadlines.
I have qualifications in theology, youth work, social work, and training and assessment. I have worked as a life and business coach, pastor, chaplain, teacher, university and adult learning lecturer, speaker, musician, stand up comedian; and currently moonlight as Director of Operations for an Australian NGO that trains teachers and plants schools among Karen refugees on the Thailand/Myanmar border, with a current shift as refugees repatriate to establish our work permenantly in Karen State in Myanmar.
I have personal interest in criminology, theology, personal development, social justice, running (in particular ultra marathons and barefoot/minimal running), coffee, Lego building, craft beer and fortified wines. I love reading, spending time with my family, running and helping people become all they can be through my work, which is pretty much based around actions and words.
