Curriculum Development Specialist Responsibilities:
Design, develop and revise numerous sales training courses for the North American ISG Sales Training Division (most courses recorded approximately 5,000 unique users upon retirement).
Courses require interaction with subject matter experts and product marketing groups.
All new courses entail developing a detailed Project Definition Document (PDD), which includes a project description, learning objectives (based on needs assessment) and a time-line. PDD’s are made available to all Key Stakeholders.
Most courses demonstrate product functions, key selling points, target markets and competitive strategy and adhere to the proprietary Canon sales methodology.
Additional responsibilities include: developing storyboards, audio scripts, multimedia and writing course content.
Multimedia Production Specialist Responsibilities:
Provide Multimedia development and support for North American ISG Sales Training Division.
Work along side product marketing teams throughout the ISG Division to develop interactive product launch kits on CDROM. Launch Kits help dealer’s access product marketing material.
Develop department branding that complies/complements the Canon brand guidelines.
