Client agrees to pay Photographer the agreed Creative Fee for the creation digital images and prints, hereafter referred to as Photographs, that Client commissions the Photographer to create.
Further, commissions in this contract can be described as Commercial (when Photographs are intended to be used for any publicity, advertising, political agendas, internal reports or newsletters) or Editorial (when Photographs are intended to be used for magazines and newspapers).
Except as otherwise specifically provided in writing, all Photographs and rights contained therein, including copyright, remain the property of Photographer.
Payment to the Photographer ensures the Client unrestricted and perpetual right to use Photographs in all forms, media, and manners, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes.
