Customer Service - I have excellent customer service skills. I pride myself with how I can handle situations as they come my way. My previous position and retail management experiences placed me in these situations. You have to love what you do in order to produce great customer service, otherwise, you are just there for the paycheck.
That is what sets me apart from most. I love making people happy, solving there issues and/or complaints. My motto: A happy customer is a returning customer!
My previous position placed me as to become more computer literate therefore giving me the knowledge of a variety of different software. Granted, I am not IT but I will learn what I need to better my future. I know this is said many times, but I AM very teachable. Computer skills include, but are not limited to: MS Office Suite, Adobe, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Drop-box.
My eight years of retail management has provided me with vast leadership knowledge of operations and maintenance of such businesses including but not limited to maintaining daily sales and shift analysis reports, merchandise ordering, price changes, inventory, managing 8-12 employees with the list going on and on.
