I can fully customize my services to your company's needs but some of the Accounts Payable services that I provide include:
Invoice Receiving and Sorting: Interlock Sourcing will receive paper or electronic invoices through PO Box, email or fax. A dedicated PO Box and email address will be set up for each client as necessary. Invoices will be sorted and all nonessential/non-scannable items will be discarded.
Document Imaging: Invoices are scanned and uploaded to each client's online document management portal and can be viewed at any time.
Invoice Processing: Invoices are processed based on customer specification. Interlock Sourcing can integrate directly into the client's accounting system or populate G/L spreadsheets with accounts payable information.
Web-based Payment Approval: Client can log on to our web-based portal to view and approve invoices for payment. Client will receive daily emails indicating that new invoices have been uploaded and are awaiting approval. Notifications can be sent to specific employees based on the invoice type and client specifications.
Automatic Bill Payment: Clients can designate pre-approval of payment for specific types of bills or vendors. Upon receipt of an invoice, Interlock Sourcing will automatically schedule the invoice for payment.
