In May of 2009, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University, earning my Bachelors degree English (Creative Writing) and Mathematics with High Honors in English for my thesis, which was a creative non-fiction/memoir piece.
In my professional experience, I bring a positive outlook and deliver high quality work. I currently work part-time at a local Martial Arts Academy where my responsibilities include calling potential students, maintaining positive relationships with current members, writing business letters, maintaining and improving the school's web presence, keeping accurate financial records, and increasing the profitability of the school.
I have previous experience working in retail during the peak summer season at Stone Mountain Park, in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and during the peak Holiday Season at a family owned Jewelry Store in Atlanta, Georgia. Both of these positions required friendly customer service, flexibility, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
