“This is the most unfair & unfounded review possible. Now let me address her points directly before I tell you about her:
*** This person is a fraud and scammer. He will say he can do work "anything is possible" is his favorite phrase. But then he will scam you.***
At no point in the relationship did we behave in an unprofessional or even fraudulent way, quite the opposite (see below). There’s a reason why she doesn’t mention in which way we supposedly scammed her – she is just trying to use a vocabulary which makes us look as bad as possible.
*** And the work in the back is a hack - it does not work***
The work we delivered worked as instructed. We were very quick to fix bugs which are a natural part of any IT project. The issue is: this client has 0 understanding of IT projects and how to manage them effectively.
** He continues to take money, not attend meetings and not deliver work.**
We attended every meeting which was called for and the client was notified in case we could not attend the meeting well in advance. With respect to “he continues to take the money”: we worked many hours for her for free (due to ever changing requirements) and even proposed to return the money she has spent, NOT because we were wrong, but just so that we can get out of this relationship as quickly as possible. We delivered ALL the code on her server and GIThub. Yet another outright lie from her.
*** He is very unprofessional. He yells and screams and calls people names. He has done that to MD's, engineers, product guys, MBA's - several people on the team***
Firstly, she was our single point of contact through the most part. Initially there was a product manager who was as clueless as her of what he wanted. His requirements were bad BUT not as bad as the ones client sent after firing him for going on a holiday(!). We were not in touch with any MD’s or “several other people”.
Secondly, we took her change requests (which happened quite often) in a responsible way and incorporated them. On one occasion - I admit - I became a bit louder because she didn’t get a simple point: when testing on my development server, she saw warning messages which only show up on our demo server as we turn the error reporting “on” there, this setting is off on the live server. Also, I tried to explain the difference between warning and error messages (which she should understand, as she claims to be an engineer!) for 2 hours but was unsuccessful.
*** He gets fake people to write good reviews. Run.***

Although you should have a clear picture of her by now, let me tell you more points about her: Working with her is very difficult because she cannot think logically, it’s completely fuzzy. Her specs are unclear & she changes them often, she doesn’t know what she wants. As a result of this, she is not successful, and the way she deals with this is by blaming others.
Another thing she tried was unbelievable: If you're from India and refuse to work for free for her mistakes she will ask her Indian contact (high ranking gov. official) to intimidate you and pressurize you to comply and give in to her demands or else..
And I could go on, but I think you get the point. Don’t make the same mistake we did – stay as far away from her as possible.”
