Service Description
I have worked with a couple of organizations in different positions which include; customer care manager, Administrator, Food and beverages manager and intern. I worked for a company called Star DTV (U) Ltd capturing customer data onto a web-based data base. With this experience, I can do all types of data entry and typing work with a high level of accuracy and speed to meet deadline. I worked as an administrator at the Makerere university business school for a year. I am skilled at report writing, scheduling, emailing, telephoning, filing, budgeting, letter writing, maintaining calendar, coordinating workflow and research.
I have been at the helm of different departments in two organizations as a manager; I these capacities, I was charged with planning, monitoring, controlling, organizing, leading, team building and development, conflict management among other tasks.
